   Russian strike hits Centre of Ukraine's largest second City.

 60km Russian convoy forces head towards Kyiv City

Ukrainian emergency service personnel seen carrying dead bodies of victims killed in a shelling blast that hit the city Hall building in Kharkiv,  Ukraine on Tuesday,  as Russia continues to step up is military actions in Ukraine's second largest city.

  Surveillance  footage captured  the moments a projectile hit the government headquarters.
