Following the qualification for the semifinals of the African cup of Nations(AFCON)2019,Africa's richest man aliko Dangote and his billionaire friend Femi otedola has promised the team $50,000 and $25,000 for every goal scored in the remaining two matches of the competition. Super Eagles defeated south Africa 2-1 on Wednesday night to book their spot in the semi-finals where they would play either Algeria or cote d'lvoire on sunday at the championship. Improving on the automobile industry in the country would help create more employment and reduce huge amount of money used in importing cars into the country. excitement galore at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) yesterday as the institution’s Engineering Faculty successfully unveiled its first five-seater electric car. Christened Lion Ozumba 551, the car, made with 80 percent locally-sourced materials, could undertake a 30-kilometer distance when fully charged. Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Charles Igwe, said the car was part of the drive to accord innovation and technology the highest attention to reposition the institution for greater heights. Legit.ng recently reported that the world's richest man Jeff Bezos agreed to a record-breaking divorce with his wife Mackenzie. The divorce has been finalised and Mackenzie has received a sum of N13.6 trillion as settlement. Due to this, she has become the 22nd richest person in the world. The wealthy female divorcee has promised to donate half of the money received to charity. Based on the agreement, MacKenzie who is 49 years old will receive 4% stake in Amazon.com shares. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie Bezos finalized their divorce on Friday to the tune of a $38-billion settlement,  Bloomberg News  reported. Under the agreement, MacKenzie Bezos, 49, will receive approximately 19.7 million Amazon.com shares, giving her a four per cent stake in the company valued at $38.3 billion, and landing her at 22nd on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the news service said. A judge in Washington state’s King County finalized the divorce. Jeff Bezos, 55, will retain a 12 per cent stake and remain the world’s richest man. MacKenzie Bezos, a novelist, has said she would give all of her stake in  The Washington Post  and the space exploration firm Blue Origin to her husband as well as voting control of her remaining Amazon stock.
